I express my intent in purchasing a house and land package and entering into land and build contracts.

I together with submission of this document shall pay a $5,000 deposit to GR8 Property. This deposit will be utilised to fund both land and build deposits.
I agree to pay any remaining deposit to the land agent or builder if $5,000 is not sufficient tocover the total deposit costs.
I acknowledge that land and building contracts will be communicated to me by DocuSign or asimilar electronic form and I will execute and return these within 3 days of receipt.
