The demand for appropriate housing under the NDIS continues to grow, with over 500,000 participants across Australia, including more than 30,000 in Western Australia. While approximately 7% of these participants qualify for Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding, a significant 93% still require suitable housing without SDA funding.
